Everything begins with creating a neutral container from which to do the work and setting the intention for the session to be comfortable and appropriate. You set the intention to be open to receive whatever you need at the time, and then we begin! All sessions are done online, so you can heal and Xpand your Zen from the comfort of your own home!Â

No matter which law of attraction guru you listen to, they all agree on one (probably more than one) thing: GRATITUDE IS A MUST! If you think of gratitude as the glue that holds all of the other work you do together, you’ll get a really good idea of how important it is! Think of it as a cushion around you as you do the tough stuff, being grateful for the outcome really helps!
It has taken me years to discover what I really love to do within this arena! But now, as I work through a session, I use everything I’ve learned! In the course of my studies, I have learned to assess and balance chakras, read the Akashic Record for patterns of action and choice that affect myself and my clients, how to clear those patterns for better alignment with path and purpose, crystals, oracle cards, and a litany of Angels, Teachers, and Guides that help me do the work!
